NovaCor spirally corrugated steel tank so far has been a great alternative to similar products on the market. NovaCor tanks can be used for several different purposes: indoor and outdoor firefighting, rainwater accumulation, flow regulation and even in exceptional cases for domestic wastewater accumulation or oil separators.
In our daily work with designers and customers, we constantly offer tanks or their systems with non-standard parameters. One of the main advantages of corrugated steel tanks is their unlimited length and volume. We connect the tank segments with a sealed flange connection, which allows us to select a product with individual parameters according to the customer’s needs. The inner diameter of NovaCor tanks can vary from 300 mm to 4000 mm.
The strong corrugated steel structure of the tank allows the manufactured tanks to be installed in the area of vehicle traffic load (carriageway or car parking area) and in the presence of a soil platform of 10 meters or more. Due to the strong construction of the tank, there is no need to install a reinforced concrete slab above it for load distribution, which is a big advantage compared to tanks made of other materials (e.g., fiberglass or plastic).
NovaCor tanks are made of galvanized and polymer-coated steel, ensuring the durability of 100 years or more.
NovaCor corrugated steel tanks are certified and CE marked according to the requirements of European standards and Regulation (EU) No 305/2011. The production quality corresponds to the EXC3 class, and this is confirmed by the certificate of conformity of the factory production quality control issued by the notified body.
